I’ve had an obsession with real estate for over 35 years. My father was a custom home builder and developer and I loved watching him create beautiful homes and develop subdivisions in local communities. We moved to San Diego when I was in middle school, and he switched to commercial real estate development. During this time, he developed one of the first mixed-use projects in Southern California that included a grocery store on the bottom level and apartments above. 

Following in his foot steps, I started buying and selling properties at the age of 20. Over the past two decades, I successfully navigated the complexities of an ever changing real estate market, identifying lucrative opportunities and maximizing property values. My hands-on experience buying, renovating, and selling properties has provided me with a keen eye for detail and a profound understanding of market dynamics.
